All repairs and insurance claims are handled by GBM Digital Technologies Ltd. If your iPad, or any accessory initially included (such as the case or lightning cable) has suffered any damage and you wish to request a repair, you can file a report to their workshop here:

If an app has been incorrectly or illegitimately purchased within the last 90 days, you can visit the app refunds section on Apple’s website and login with the Apple ID it was purchased from.
